About this piece
Quick answer: this wall hanging vase is a light wood frame with five glass tubes in a row and a cord to hang it from. The tubes hold plant cuttings in water. The supplier lists no measurements.
What the wall hanging vase looks like
The wall hanging vase is an open rectangular frame in light wood, with a hanging cord at the top. A shelf across the lower part holds five glass tubes in a row, and the plant leaves rise through the upper opening. The supplier’s photos show it hung flat against a plain wall.
What the wall hanging vase is made of
The wall hanging vase has a solid wood frame and glass tubes, as the supplier states. The supplier names this version the solid wood five bottle set and gives a weight of about 400 to 560g across the versions, before water. A darker retro finish exists, but it is not this listing.
What to put in the wall hanging vase
The wall hanging vase holds cuttings that root in water. The supplier’s photos show trailing green leaves with their stems in the tubes, and the roots show through the glass. Fill the tubes with water and top them up as the level falls.
Where the wall hanging vase goes
The wall hanging vase hangs on a wall in a living room, bedroom, hallway or kitchen, anywhere with daylight for the plants. Hang it from a hook or nail that can take the weight of five water-filled tubes. The supplier lists no measurements, so check the wall space before you order. For a freestanding option, see the smoked grey glass vase.
